RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Supplements and nutrition products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at healthyzoneclub@gmail.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
