30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at healthyzoneclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Supplements and nutrition products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
